hey therewhere am i-is this a hotel room-again?did i ask for this.yes.i did.it all serves me right the good and the bad.what a few days since i wrote.it feels like a while since i left home. went to the incandescent nyc-straight into the night for drinks...

Fantastic lyrics. My husband now allows me to repeat <em>Love Remains the Same </em>one time in the car when we are driving. I think it is growing on him. Best wishes for a healthy baby!

You know what Gavin, the press has been attacking you since you hit the scene - so no need to sweat the (pardon my language) cunts who write their lame opinions for magazines. I work in the music industry and I've been following the album reviews and it just makes me sick to my stomach that none of them can come up with their own original material. I swear if I read Mr. Gwen Stefani one more time I'm taking that writer hostage!
What's wrong with the music industry today? It's full of crap and I hate it. Good music isn't merited any more. It's all about the looks and how many dollar signs the album is worth. They can't see that you sincerely wrote a record from the bottom of your heart and that its full of raw emotion. Something real and not produced. Something you can't fabricate by holding a contest and picking the hottest looking guys and gals.
I have to admit that listening to the album at first, I was a little lost and confused. I thought I was going to get hard rockin' Gavin (I'm still stuck in 1995), but instead you opened up and let us see inside your big heart to tell us of your happiness, your trials, your life. That's beautiful! The album is gorgeous, full of love and emotion, not to mention some pretty amazing and catchy melodies. And as always, your voice is the cherry on the cake, so-to-speak, giving me goosebumps since I was 12! You inspire me to no end.
Future World is my favorite song so far, it has this great latinesque/dub vibe, along with your voice, the song is Golden!
Just wanted to share my 2cents on this whole "bad press" issue.
No matter what Gavin, you will always be a musical icon for an entire generation of kids. An entire generation of kids who devoted their time to going to your shows, buying the merch, buying the albums, supporting the cause any way they can. And look, we're still here, just a little older, still supporting still spreading the word.
Good luck in Europe - I hope you come around back to Florida so we can catch you in action. I'll be here anxiously awaiting your return!

The cd is wonderful. I love the lyrics - they're beautiful.

Thank you for the new music. WanderLust and the new Coldplay album are all I listen to right now.
I was just wondering why you supposedly strayed away from the cryptic writing of your earlier pieces? That in itself could be the reason- because they aren't Bush songs; they're Gavin songs. But I'm sure there is a reason there anyway.
Maybe I should just watch a few more interviews.

That being said, when you do your US tour is the band going to give tattooed angels priviledges at the shows...back stage...etc
I will be traveling to Vegas for the show, since there isin't a show in my state, so it would be AWESOME to get some extra special toppings to top off the cake! =D
